We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@petcozi.store within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
